Invitation Letter

This is the 1^st step to be followed for the admission to any of the University where your consultant will guide you to get your admission letter from your selected university within twenty days of Your Approach date. Once you get the admission letter it is confirmed that you are now registered with University for admission and from here now you can go ahead to complete your necessary documentation with embassy.

Document Verification by External Affair Ministry and MCI Eligibility Certificate

This is the 2nd step of your admission where the aspirant has to submit all his/her original documents from 10th to 12th for the verification with the statutory bodies of the concerned CBSE, ICSE, and State board. Next, Document translation in Ukrainian language is to be followed while sending the copy to concerned University of Ukraine. Afterwards the External Affair Ministry the Govt. of India takes the authority to check with all the verified documents from HRD ministry and passport verification in allowing the VISA processing for the concerned University of Ukraine. In between the prerequisite amount has also to be paid for the several activities to be covered in month duration.

VISA Processing for Students

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine includes the department of passport-visa service, which is responsible for processing the official document named as the invitation for education. After their approval, it is confirmed that now students are allowed to get admitted to a particular University. Once you receive this invitation, the Ukrainian Embassy provides you with a green signal to enter the country by stamping the VISA on your passport. In general, the Ministry of Internal Affairs takes approximately 10 days to process the VISA invitation to the students. The validity of the invitation is 90 days from the date of its issuance. During this time, you as a student are allowed to apply to the Ukrainian Embassy.

Migration Card

It is a sort of important document which confirms that student coming from a different county has crossed the border of Ukraine. During the time of student registration, you will be asked for such an obligatory document. The processing of the registration on the territory of Ukraine is not possible without the presence of migration card. As a result, you would be asked to deport back to your country without replying your any query.

After getting visa, students should bring the original documents for the further admission to the concerned University as follows:-

§  Valid passport with Ukrainian student visa. Or say Document certifying identity and citizenship (under Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizenship”), military ID or certificate of origin, certificate of birth – for persons age do not have a passport or other document proving identity and citizenship;

§  Original of secondary education certificate with Ukrainian notarized translation attached or the  Document state of previously acquired education (educational qualification) level, through which the introduction and annex);

§  Document state of previously acquired education level, through which the entry and its annex, the personal choice of originals or copies;

§  Certificate (s) external evaluation (for applicants on the basis of complete secondary education, ), the personal choice of originals or copies;

§  Original birth certificate with Ukrainian notarized translation attached;

§  Medical certificates of general fitness and of HIV negative status with Ukrainian notarized translation attached

Transfer Students From Other University in Ukraine

Transfer students from the other universities are also welcomed at various Medical Universities. Students who apply to a particular Medical University with transfer credits must additionally submit educational credentials legalized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs official academic transcripts from previously attended colleges and universities. With regards to semester system, transfer admission is based on student overall academic record and subjects details per hours. Meanwhile some programs are very competitive with the higher requirements for consideration.

XVI.  What is the visa invitation for education?

The invitation for education is the official document, which is processed by the department of passport-visa service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This invitation support letter is required by the Ukrainian Embassy to stamp the visa on your passport. Generally, it takes around 10 days for the visa invitation to be processed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The invitation is valid for 90 days from the date of its issuance and you need to apply to the Ukrainian Embassy for a visa during the validity of the invitation issued.

XVII.  What is the migration card?

The migration card is the document which testifies that the student has crossed the border of Ukraine. It is an obligatory document for the further processing of the student registration and hence is an important document. Without the migration card the registration on the territory of Ukraine cannot be done and the student would be deported back to the home country. The migration card is handed out by the flight attendant on the plane or is also available at the airport on arrival at the immigration department. The card consists of 2 identical parts, which are necessary to fill. At the immigration of the International airport, the immigration officer stamps the both parts of the card and retains one while the other part is handed over to the student. Before leaving the immigration desk, it is important that you check that you have received the stamped part from the officer. It is important and obligatory to retain the migration card till the departure from Ukraine.

XVIII.  Will my parents be informed about my career report card?

Summer vacations last 2 months, from July, 1 till August, 31 every year. As for the degree course (5 years), winter vacations last 2 weeks from the last week of January till the first week of February every year. Summer vacations are the same as at the preparatory faculty — from July, 1st till August, 31st every year.
